Preserve provenance
Claims remain linked to PubMed identifiers, study roles, and source excerpts you can inspect.
Sources, updates, and limitations
RAGMD prioritizes peer-reviewed literature with PubMed linkage. Maintained evidence questions are reviewed on a schedule and updated when materially new literature appears. Abstract-based synthesis is labeled when full text is unavailable.
